Really nice 1920's Elgin Gents Dress Watch, the case is chrome plated with a steel back and is in surprisingly good condition of its age, equally the dial shows only little sign of ageing, very clear and readable. 

Inside the case is a Elgin USA Jewelled lever movement
Overall cosmetically this watch is in very good condition for its age and running well
