This a Ladies Dress Watch in 18ct Yellow Gold 
 
The Watch is good condition. The case is 18ct Yellow Gold Hallmarked London 1924, there are a few scratches but nothing serious, the dial shows some wear but is still very clear and readable.
 
Inside the case is an unsigned 15 Jewel Swiss Movement 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in good condition and running well
