This is a bit special, it's a Vulcain Full Hunter pocket watch from around the 1910's which has been converted into a large Trench Watch with the case front converted into  a shrapnel guard ! 
 
We can honestly say we have never seen the like before. The case is Sterling Silver and has a European Mark. It's in excellent condition for its age. Both Movement and Inner case are marked Vulcain. 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in excellent condition for its age and running well.
