c.1914 Eterna Gents 24 Hour Military Trench Watch 
 
The watch is in very good condition for its age. Chrome plated case in very good condition, the dial is in very good condition, the Eterna logo has faded with age. Inside the case is a Swiss Jewelled Lever movement 
The brand Eterna is also marked on the inner case.  
24 Hour Military dials arrived in around 1909 and the French Military adopted them quickly, British forces didn't start using  these till near the close of the conflict in 1918. 
We believe this was made for the French market and could have belonged to a French Officer.
Cosmetically overall in very good condition and running well
