This is a very nice 1966 Bulova Diamond Excellency Gem Set Gents Dress Watch On Bracelet.
The case is 10K gold plated with a steel back and is in good condition with little wear apparent, the gem set dial also shows little signs of age, is clear and readable. 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Swiss Lever Movement signed Bulova Watch Co.
Overall cosmetically this is in very good condition and running well.
