This monster watch comes at over 40mm   ! 
The West End Watch Co were a Swiss  company that sold their watch to India and the Middle East. Laurence of Arabia and his troops wore them and they had a long military association with the Indian Army.
This watch is large, dates back to the 1940's and for its age is in great condition. 
Inside the case is a Swiss Jewel Lever Movement signed with their logo which is a letter W in a circle. 
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition for its age and running
