We believe this to be a Silvana Gents watch made circa 1940 and most probably sold for the German market, Silvana made a lot of watches for the Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe however this watch does not bear any DH or D markings which would have meant this was commercially available.  
The case is Chrome plated with a steel back and is in good condition for its age, the dial  shows very little sign of age, although the luminous paint has come off the hands. 
 
Inside the case there is an AS based most probably a Cal 984 Swiss Jewel Lever Movement 
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition for its age and is running well.
