This Deco Sterling Silver Tonneau Case was Hallmarked London 1926. It was a Presentation watch dated 23/10/ 1926 by M.E.& Co. 1926 was a notable year in business for The Wall Street Crash which affected business on both sides of The Atlantic so we could surmise that this was maybe a `Goodbye' momento to a leaving employee. The movement is an unbranded Swiss Jewelled Lever Movement. The dial is reasonably clean for its age, the numerals are still clearly visible.
